2. What guarantees do you offer me when I order an essay with you?

3. How do I place an order?

To order an essay you simply need to click on our 'order now' tab on the top menu bar and enter all of the requirements of your order into the electronic form. As soon as you click the submit button you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all your order details, your essay order reference number and other important details, it's as simple as that.

4. What can I ask for in my order?

On the order form you can select various choices that most fit your essay requirements, these include the title, length, and special requests of your essay such as referencing requirements. If you need to upload an attachment such as a photograph, case study material or other file you can also do that on the order form.

5. How do I pay and when?

We have provided an easy online payment solution through WorldPay which is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. You can use a variety of payment methods including debit cards (Switch, Maestro, solo) or credit cards (Master Card or Visa). You only pay for your order after we have confirmed that we have a writer on hand to complete your order, at that point you will receive an email requesting payment.

6. How long will it take to confirm that you have a researcher available to complete my order?

In 99% of cases you will receive an email from us within the very same day to confirm that we have secured a writer for your order and that payment is requested to complete your order, at which point the writer can begin work.

7. How will I know that you have received my payment?

If you make payment using WorldPay then you will receive a receipt from WorldPay, as well as a confirmation email from Essaywriter informing you that your payment has been received and that your order is being processed. If you pay by other methods such as by bank transfer then we will send you a manual email as soon as we receive the confirmation of your payment.

8. Do you offer any other payment methods besides WorldPay?

We accept payment over the phone or we can also arrange for you to transfer your payment to our business bank account if you do not have a debit or credit card.

9. When and how will my work be delivered?

Your completed order will be delivered to you via email on or before the due date. In most cases it will arrive between 6-9pm however during busy periods your order may arrive to you anytime up to midnight.

10. What subject do you write on?

We write on every possible subject from Degree and Masters Level up to PHD level. If you cannot find the subject area you are looking for on the order form drop down menu, then you can simply write the name of your subject area in the 'other subjects' box and we will find the most qualified writer to complete your order.

11. Can you write model answers for individual sections of part of my pieces?

Yes, we are able to complete any particular task that you require.

12. Do I need to reference you in my work?

This is your own choice and responsibility. We cannot be held responsible with what you choose to do with the research material that you purchase from us. If you are studying you will need to refer to the guidelines set out by your university.

13. Is your service fully confidential?

We do not disclose any information about you to any other party. All our dealings with you are strictly confidential. We require no further information from you except an email address, contact name and where necessary a contact phone number such as a mobile etc.

14. After I order how can I be assured that I will receive my work?

15. What if when I receive my research essay it is not to the standard that I ordered?

If you feel that your order does not meet the standards that were instructed we will be most happy to amend your piece of work free of charge, as long as you request your amendment within 48 hours of receiving your piece. If we fail to amend your work we will offer you a refund on the cost of your order.

16. Do you offer refunds after I have paid for my order?

We only refund if the work delivered to you does not match your original requirements and we are unable to amend it.
