Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions:
Use of the Essaywriter site or the contracting of Essaywriter.co.uk services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the Essaywriter.co.uk Terms & Conditions contained in this document.

1) Essaywriter undertakes that all work supplied to the customer are completely original, personalised Essays, which have been written by fully qualified professional researchers.

2) Essaywriter undertakes that all work which is ordered by the customer will be fully scanned for plagiarism and will also be proof read by a qualified tutor before the work is handed back to the customer.

3) Essaywriter undertakes that the sole business activity of our company is to produce personalised custom written essays and dissertations. We never resell or distribute any work which has been custom written for our customers.

4) The customer agrees that the work with which they are supplied is the copyright of Essaywriter and as such should not be passed off as the customer’s own work in full or in part. The work should never be resold or distributed by the customer after purchasing the work from Essaywriter.

5) Essaywriter agrees that if plagiarism is found to have occurred in a piece of customers work that the customer will receive £1000. The definition of plagiarism constitutes the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work whether it be copied or paraphrased from a book, journal or website. It does not include instances where general mis-referencing have occurred and the texts have been acknowledged in the reference list.

This guarantee does not apply if Essaywriter have detected the plagiarism before the work has been sent to the customer.  In cases where Essaywriter finds that the work has been plagiarized through the quality control procedure the customer will be offered the choice of having their money refunded or the work being rewritten by a different writer.

In circumstances where plagiarism has been detected, the customer must contact Essaywriter within 24 hours of their order being delivered by Essaywriter notifying of the exact act of plagiarism. This must be done by email to support@essaywriter.co.uk as well as by telephone. Since Essaywriter only acts as an agent on behalf of it’s writers we will work with the client to claim this money back from the writer who has committed the act.  No payment of the £1000 is made by Essaywriter although we will facilitate this on behalf of the client.

In instances where allegations of plagiarism are not clear Essaywriter will use it's discretion as whether the £1000 should be awarded to the customer.

6) The customer agrees that the research work which is provided to them by Essaywriter is for the sole purpose of research and should never be passed off or handed in to a university as their own work. Essaywriter does not support this type of activity and will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of their services.

7) Essaywriter guarantees to the customer that all work will be delivered to them on time or that they will be entitled to have their money back in full.  The customer agrees that all work will be delivered to them automatically via email on or before midnight on the due date.  The customer agrees that this guarantee does not apply in circumstances where Essaywriter can show evidence that the work was indeed sent on time.  Further, Essaywriter will not be held liable where any lateness of the work was due to technical faults or issues relating to ISPs and Email providers. 
If a customer does not receive their completed work on the deadline date then the customer agrees to contact Essaywriter the next working day by telephone and Email so that a member of staff can assist the customer in working together to help the customer receive their work.  If the customer does not contact Essaywriter the next working day then they will not be entitled to have a refund.  Additionally if Essaywriter are able to demonstate that they did attempt to send the completed work to the customer then the customer has no rights to any recourse of funds against Essaywriter.

8) The customer agrees that the information given to them either on the phone or through email by Essaywriter or its employees are opinions only and should not be treated as advice. Any opinions made by Essaywriter's employees or affiliates are that of the individual and may not be taken to be the opinion of the company. Only the instructions given by the customer in the website order form are binding.

9) The customer agrees that they are taking full responsibility when ordering essays from Essaywriter and that Essaywriter is not liable for any decisions taken on behalf of the customer. The customer should always check with their university guidelines to make sure that purchasing from Essaywriter does not contravene their universities rules.

10) Essaywriter agrees to supply work to the customer of a 1st, 2:1, 2:2 or equivalent standard, and that it is the customers responsibility to check the work they receive to make sure that they are satisfied it meets this standard. The customer will have a period of 7 days after receiving their work to request an amendment to the work; this should be done in writing to the relevant email address.

11) Essaywriter undertakes that if the original requirements of the order have not been met then the essay will be revised until the customer is satisfied that the original requirements have been met. Essaywriter has the right to refuse to amend a piece of work at its own discretion if the customer’s original instructions have been met.  If the customer requests a revision of their work and that the request is not something that was originally requested in their order that they will have to pay an additional fee for this service. 

12) The customer agrees that in the case of an amendment if Essaywriter is unable to amend the work for the customer, a refund will be given. The customer also acknowledges that refunds are made at the total discretion of Essaywriter and Essaywriter has the right to refuse to offer a refund to a customer if the strict conditions stated above have not been met.

13) The customer agrees that in no way does the 2:2, 2:1 or 1st standard guarantee constitute a guarantee of the mark awarded to any piece submitted by a customer who has used the services of Essaywriter. Essaywriter will not guarantee any customer’s final degree mark.

14) The customer agrees that they should not rely on Essaywriter’s research to an extent that any delay in delivery may cause any coursework deadlines to be missed, provided Essaywriter has met your requested deadline.
15) The customer agrees that all work will be delivered to them to the email address on the original order form before midnight on the due date. Essaywriter cannot guarantee the work to be delivered at any specific time on the actual due date.

16) The customer agrees that once an order is paid for Essaywriter begins work and that the order may not be cancelled.

17) The customer agrees to be bound by Essaywriter's strict No Refund policy. Only in exceptional circumstances where there has been non delivery of an essay or we are unable to amend an essay for the customer, Essaywriter may at its discretion refund a payment to the customer.

18) The customer agrees that Essaywriter provides all services subject to availability and that the services are being provided strictly as an academic support service. We do not offer or give any professional advice.

19) Essaywriter's service is fully confidential and will never disclose any personal information of the customer to any third party.

20) The customer agrees that Essaywriter will not be held liable for any lateness due to technical problems, such as email mail providers, ISPs or connection problems. If Essay Writer returns your work late to you we will honour our discount rate.

21) Both parties agree that these terms and conditions are intended to be legally binding in accordance with British law and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
