David has been working with Essaywriter since its inception in 2001. He is one of the key role members of the team who has thrived in steering Essay Writer Advice to become an industry leader in the provision of Academic Research Editing and Proofreading services in the UK. As a graduate of the London school of Economics and a former lecturer in Education David is on hand to provide sound advice and help to our customers and students using our services.

Mark heads the customer services team and is one of the first people you will speak to when contacting us. Mark is a very cheerful member of the team and when he is not at work he indulges most of his time playing tennis (which he is very good at!) Mark’s previous experience is in customer services mainly within the Retail sector.

Sarah is the newest member of the team and joined at the beginning of 2008. Graduated with a Postgraduate degree in computer science, and having 3 years of experiences in technical support. Sarah mainly communicates with customers via email support and live chat! She is always on hand to help and assist customers and is always outgoing and enthusiastic.

A very intelligent and dedicated team player, Kirsty heads the HR Team and is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of our top academic talent as well as the day to day running of over 500 Editors accounts. Her previous posts prior to Essaywriter were as Human Resource executive within a large Multinational company.

Evita takes care of the day to day handling of researcher enquiries and communications.
Evita joined our team having been a former Recruitment specialist. She ensures that our
all of our researchers receive the full support they require whilst completing briefs and
takes care of the accounting to ensure that the team are remunerated each month.
Evita is well travelled, smart, and energetic.

India is responsible for assigning briefs to our large pool of researchers and works very hard and diligently to always ensure that briefs are returned on time to our clients and to problem solve any issues that may arise. She is responsible for communicating with a variety of different departments which takes a lot of focus and energy but always does so with a smile on her face.

Anthony has many years experience as an English lecturer and educator. He is a graduate of English Language and is one of the longest standing members of the Essaywriter Team. His main role is to ensure that customers receive their work to the highest standards possible by overseeing the proofreading, Quality checking, editing and amending of briefs. He is exceptionally good at dealing with deadlines and is also a perfectionist.

Rachel is a graduate of Music and English and is responsible for checking that briefs are thoroughly checked and meet the high standards that we expect. She ensures that clients receive their briefs on time and that they meet the editing requirements that the customer has set. She is a very quite member of the team and is always absorbed in the research that she is working on. It goes without saying that she has a wide range of interests and is widely read.

Richard is the creative mind and head of IT. He has a long background running his own SEO and design company. Many of the highly sophisticated and integrated systems that we use have been designed by Richard. He is a truly loyal and dedicated member of the team. When he is not working he is a dedicated father to two young boys!

Derek has worked for only a year in the company but he is not less than a family member than the rest of the team, Derek is very lively and a joker and also ensures that there is always a good vibe around the office. Derek’s deep background in programming and web design is a true blessing and he fixes all bugs and is responsible for the security and back end side of our systems.
